大学に入学して早々に、自動車の免許を取った。
その後の人生、もうすでに米国生活が半分近くなるのに、
いまだにアメリカで運転することに苦手意識がある。
北海道の大地で、ハンドルを握る。
このまま、どこまでも行けそうな気持ちになる。
すでに秋の風が吹く支笏湖、その透明な水の青さに感動。
ただ歩いて、ただ深呼吸をする。
命あるだけで、嬉しいと思える。
As soon as I entered university, I took driver's license.
After that, my life in the United States already is nearly half of my life,
I do still not like driving in the US.
But when I hold the steering wheel in the land of Hokkaido,
As it is, I feel like I can go anywhere.
Lake Shikotsu, where the autumn wind blew already, I was moved by the blue of its transparent water.
Just walk, just take a deep breath.
Just by having a life, I feel to be glad.
