昨秋の大同期会で結集した幹事たち。
縦社会でのフライト生活当時は、同期と会うことも滅多になくて、
一緒に何かを作り上げるのは初めてという仲間もいた。
怒涛の準備期間、朝起きると未読メッセージが百数件。
時差も距離も関係なく、いつしか空気のような連帯感が出来ていた。
過ぎ行く季節を駆け抜けて、仲間の一人がクリニックを開業した。
院長室に飾られた、同期会小冊子の原画に、
仲間から記念プレートを添えて贈りたいと提案があった。
私は、２年前に他界した師匠の友人にお願いしたいと申し出た。
本当は、もっときっと他の選択肢があったに違いない。
遠隔にいる私に任せてくれたのは、仲間の優しさだったと思う。
私たちの絆を彩る、ルビーの原石をそっと忍ばせて、
素敵なプレートが完成した。
隅から隅まで、いろんな人の愛が詰まっている。
世界中の希望がそこに込められているから。
このアートが、きっと医療界に癒しをもたらしますように。
We worked together at the re-union party of last autumn.
In flight life in a vertical society, we rarely met with a colleague who joined same year.
Some of them were the first time to produce something together.
Preparation period, when I woke up in the morning there were hundreds of unread messages.
Regardless of the time difference and the distance, there was a sense of solidarity like air.
Running through the season, one of our colleagues opened the breast clinic.
For the original painting of the re-union booklet decorated in the doctor's office,
there was a proposal to give a gift with a memorial plate from us.
I offered to ask a friend of my art master who passed away two years ago.
In fact, there must have been other choices more certainly.
I think that it was friend's kindness that they trusted me in a remote place.
Putting the ruby stone that colors as our bond,
A nice plate was completed.
There are many love from many people.
The hope of the world is put there.
I hope this art will bring healing to the medical world.
