最近、ワインオークションにアテンドする機会が幾度かあって、
慌ててワイン辞典を引っ張り出してきた。
普段の生活は、いわゆるファインワインとはほとんど御縁がなくて、
ソムリエ取得の勉強をしていた頃が本当に懐かしい。
毎年夏になると、かつて一緒にソムリエグループを編成していた仲間が集う。
ただただ先輩についていくのに必死だったあの頃と、
今もまるで変わっていない自分のあり方に反省しつつ、
恒例の企画に今でも誘っていただけることが、この上なく嬉しい。
都内にある隠れ家的な小さなレストランで、
プロヴァンスを旅した気分の食卓に酔いしれる。
皆さんの心の美しさが、芳醇なワインの後味のように尾をひく。
その余韻と共に、また一年頑張ろうと帰途につく。
Recently, I had the opportunities that I attended to the wine auctions
several times.
So I had pulled out the wine dictionary and studied in a hurry.
At everyday life, I don't have chances to drink the so-called fine wine,
I felt really nostalgic that I was studying sommelier acquisition.
Every summer, the fellow, who organized the sommelier group once,
gather in Japan.
I was desperate to simply just to keep up with the seniors at the time.
While I could not change myself even now,
I was supremely happy that they asked me to join the annual planning.
It was the hideaway small restaurant in Tokyo,
We were intoxicated at the mood that we traveled to Provence.
Their beautiful heart caught me like the aftertaste of mellow wine.
With its lingering, I came home while I think to try to do my best.
