第二次世界大戦中、ナチス・ドイツからの迫害により逃げてきたユダヤ人に、
リトアニアのカウナス領事館で「命のビザ」を発行し続けた杉原千畝氏。
外務省からの訓令に反しても「目の前にいる困っている人を助ける」ことで、
結果6000人以上の命を救い「東洋のシンドラー」とも呼ばれている。
私たちの目指す「Japan国際平和こども王国」設立に必要なのは、
「人として、正しいことを選んでいるか」というムーブメント。
ベルギー御在住の千畝氏の御子息とお会いすることが決まった時、
私たちは、まず千畝氏のお墓参りに伺うことにした。
日本出張の合間、福岡から羽田空港に戻り、そのまま鎌倉へ。
見晴らしの良い丘陵、突き抜けるような青空の下に、千畝氏の碑があった。
足元に積み上げられた石を見て、ユダヤ人の慣習を知る。
多くのユダヤ人が、千畝氏の功績に感謝して、ずっと参拝しているのだ。
世界の経済はユダヤ人が動かしているといっても過言ではないし、
特にニューヨークにはたくさんのユダヤ人が在住している。
彼らが私たち日本人に優しくしてくれるのは、きっと千畝氏の功績のお陰。
そんなことも知らずに生きている政治家や日本人がいなくなるように、
私たちは、正しいことを伝えていかなくてはならない。
祈り込めて鶴を折り、千畝氏のお墓に添えさせていただいた。
美しい丘陵と美しい青空のコントラストがあまりにも素晴らしくて、
そこに立っているだけで、涙が溢れてしまうシーンだった。
「目の前に困っている人がいたら手を差し出す」
「人として、正しいことを選択する」
これだけで、世界はきっと平和になる。

When we were asked to meet Mr. Nobuki Sugihara, the son of Mr. Chiune who lived in Belgium,
We decided to visit the grave of Mr. Chiune.
During Japanese business trips, I returned to Haneda Airport from Fukuoka and went straight to Kamakura.
There was a monument of Mr. Chiune at a beautiful hill, under the blue sky.
We saw the stones piled up at our feet and got to know the customs of the Jews.
Then we noticed that many Jews appreciated Mr. Chiune's achievements and have been worshiping all the time.
It is no exaggeration to say that the world economy is moving by Jews,
In particular, a lot of Jews live in New York.
Thanks to Mr. Chiune's achievement, they treat Japanese friendly.
In order for politicians and Japanese who live without knowing such a thing to disappear,
we have to tell the right things.
We folded crane (Orizuru) with praying, and put them to Mr. Chiune's grave.
The contrast between the beautiful hills and the beautiful blue sky was so wonderful,
It was a scene where tears overflowed just by standing there.
"If someone is in trouble, give out your hand."
"Choose the right thing as a person"
With this alone, the world will surely be peaceful.
