人間だから。
自分が苦しい時、世の中で平然と生きる人達を羨ましいと思う。
自分以外の人間が、どうしてこんなに輝いて見えるのかと思う。
でも、人間だから。
あることがキッカケで、立ち直れることだってある。
誰かの言葉だったり、音楽だったり、好きな人の存在だったり。
そんなキッカケこそが、人生のギフトだという。
私にとって、娘はまさしくギフトだった。
五体不満足な彼女が生まれて、私はたくさんのものをもらった。
人より10倍ゆっくり成長する彼女を見ていると、
まだ私にも何かできることがあるかもしれないと頑張れる。

今、応援したい友人がいる。
長く心に病を抱えていた彼女が、絵と出会ったことで自己肯定できるようになったという。
計り知れないほどの悲しみと苦労を乗り越えられたのは、
絵というギフトに出会ったからだと。
何かを克服した人は、強くて優しい。
痛みを知っているからこそ、相手を思いやれる。
人生のチャレンジは、いくつになってからでも遅過ぎることはない。
諦めさえしなければ、いつかきっと希望に繋がると信じたい。
彼女にとってのギフトが絵との出会いなら、
私は彼女と出会えたことが、人生の宝物。
神様からの贈り物。
彼女の挑戦を、応援してください。
地球の裏側からのエールがきっと、届きますように。

Because we are the humans.
When you painful, you envy people who live calmly in the world.
You think whether anyone other than yourself, why shines so.
But because we are the humans.
There might be an opportunity, even it recovers by chance.
It may the words of someone, the music or the presence of a favorite person.
Only such opportunity is called the gift of life.
For me, my daughter was just a gift.
After she was born with physical defects, I got a lot of things.
When I look at her growing that is ten times more slowly,
I am taught I still I can do something for someone.

Now, I have a friend who I want to cheer.
She had the disease in her mind for a long time.
But she was able to self-affirmation when she started her drawing.
She might had insurmountable sorrow and hardships of immeasurably.
For her, the painting was "the gift."
People who survived from painful, are strong and gentle.
Precisely because they know the pain, they really think of people.
It is not too late to challenge of life.
If we do not give up, we want to believe that it surely lead to hope.
If the encounter with the picture was the gift for her,
The encounter with her was the treasure for me.
That was the gift from God.
