PC画面に、Facebook やTwitterのニュースフィードが流れてくる。
宮本敬文への追悼文で埋め尽くされている。
いかに尊敬され、いかに愛されていたか、彼の生き様が垣間見える。
私がまだ迷いの中にいた頃、敬文の写真集が発行された。
カンボジアにあるアンコール小児病院の子供達の記録だった。
彼の撮った子供達の輝いた目が、私の心に突き刺さった。
その時の複雑な心境は、今でも説明できない。
「写真は一瞬を永遠のものにする」
敬文がいつも言っていた。
「僕が千璃ちゃんを撮ってあげるよ」
あの約束は、天国まで持ち越しになってしまった。
彼はきっと、これからもたくさんの人の心の中で、
生き続けていくのだろう。
私はもう少しだけ、この世界で踏ん張るよ。
On the PC screen, News feed of Facebook and Twitter were flowing.
From last week, it had been filled with memorial statements to Mr. Keibun
Miyamoto.
It showed his life, how he had been respected and loved.
When I was still in the tunnel of hesitation, his photo collection had been
issued.
It was the record of Angkor Children's Hospital in Cambodia.
I was shocked by the shining of eyes of children that he took photos.
Mixed feelings at that time, I cannot explain even now.
"Photos can make a moment to the eternity."
He had always said.
"I'll take your daughter's photos soon."
That promise, has become a carry-over to the heaven.
Surely, he will continue to live in a mind of a lot of people.
I will stay in this world, a little more.
