LIGHTHOUSE

あまり知っている人はいないと思うけれど、
ミッドタウン59丁目通りに、目の不自由な人のためのライトハウス本部がある。
ふと見過ごしてしまうほど、何の変哲もない建物だけれど、
ここに娘を通わせたいと、足しげく通い詰めたことを思い出す。

私の胸キュンスポットのひとつ。




Though I do not think the people know where it is,
There is The LIGHTHOUSE headquarters for visual impairment on 59th Street in Midtown.
It's a nondescript building that is enough to overlook.
But I remember that I came here many times I wanted to send my daughter here.

Here is one of my special place that reminds me loneliness and nostalgia.
