沖縄本島、名護よりさらに北に向かう。
目的地は、毎年行き着く「今帰仁（なきじん）」村。
「仁」は、「思いやり、情け、慈しみ、人」という意味。
今帰仁村は、人と触れ合うために帰る場所なのだと。
毎年お世話になっている宿のオーナー夫妻と、海の家の店長が、
プライベートな時間を使って、BBQでおもてなししてくださった。
仕事で知り合った友人が、偶然同じ時期に帰省していた。
フルーツ農園の叔父さんと一緒に、マンゴーを届けてくれた。
自然以外に何もないビーチで、盃を交わす。
ただそこに笑顔があるだけで、幸せになれる。
朝起きて、目が見えて、手足が動くことに感謝する。
そんな原点を振り返るために、みんなここに帰ってくるのかもしれない。
また来年も、今帰仁を目指そう。
I was heading north from Nago, in Okinawa main island.
The destination was "Nakijin" village where we go every year.
"Jin" means "consideration, compassion, people."
It is said that Nakijin village is a place to return to meet people.
The owner couple of our staying villa, where we stay every year, and the manager of the ocean's house,
hosted BBQ party at the beach while their private time.
A friend who I met during work, returned her grandmother's home in Nakijin at the same time.
She visited us with her uncle who owned fruit plantation, and gifted us a plenty of mango.
We shared the time together on the beach where only nature was there.
Just having a smile there makes us happy.
I wake up in the morning, I can see, I appreciate the movement of the limbs.
In order to look back on such origin, everyone may come back here.
I will also come back to Nakijin next year.
