プライベートな事情で心に余裕がなかった頃、友人からのSOSに気付いてあげられなかったことがあった。
その後、帰らぬ人となった彼女を想うたびに、心に誓う。
「会いたい人には会える時に会う」
「遠くから想っているよ。応援しています。」言葉にするのは簡単だけれども、自分が出来ることを具体的に提示するための第一歩は、まず会って目を合わせて話すこと。
かつての職場で血と涙を分け合った大好きな先輩は、南仏から６時間もかけて会いに来てくださった。
日々共感することが多く、互いに心の支えとなっていたパリ在住の同級生は、忙しい時間をやりくりして、毎日少しずつでも時間を共有してくれた。
日仏を頻繁に行き来するジェットセッターの友人にも、タイミングよくパリで再会することができた。
店舗開業に向けて奮闘する仲間を直接訪ね、パリコレクションに出展したサロンを応援に行く。
たくさんの事情を抱えながらでも、今やれることをやらなくては。
街角のカフェでお喋りするマダム達の美しさ、フランス語の優しい響きに心を洗われて。
自分のミッションを改めて見つめ直した時間は、狂おしいほど愛おしかった。

When I could not afford to mind in private circumstances, I could not aware
of the SOS from a friend.
Every time I think her who passed away later, I swear to mind.
"When I want to meet the person, I meet him/her."
It is easy to say "Think of you to support from a distance".
But the first step that I provide something I can do specifically, is to meet
to talking to suit her/his eyes.
My favorite senior who shared the hard time at work before, came to Paris
to see me that took over six hours from South France.
A classmate, living in Paris that has become the emotional support to each
other, came to share the time with me every day even little by little.
Also a friend, jet setter who goes frequently Japan and France, was able to
meet again in Paris in a timely manner.
I visited a fellow directly to struggle towards the store opening, and I joined
the meeting for a salon that was exhibited at the Paris collection.
I do something better that I can do, even I still have a lot of concern and
circumstances.
The beauty of Madame who talked at a cafe corner and the gentle sound
of French conversation made me happy.
The time that I re-examine the mission of my life, was very lovely and
precious.
