夢か現か、すっかり人影のなくなった通りを歩く。
例年と同じようにデコレートされたショップが点在していることが、
ニューヨークの底力を健気に誇示しているようで、かえって胸が痛い。
友人と集まることすら許されないホリデーシーズン。
穏やかに時間が過ぎていくことを、静かに願う。
来年の今頃はきっと、人々で溢れる街に戻っていますように。

I couldn't help but notice that they were the decorated stores were scattered as same as every year.
Seeing New York City's underlying strength flaunt shocked me.
The holiday season, when we are not even allowed to get together with friends.
