そんな想いを聞いてくださったアーティストがいた。
恐れを知らない子供のように、
真っ直ぐな想いを、真っ直ぐに受け入れてくれた。
共通の友人を通して知り合った時、
私は彼のことをよく分かっていなかった。
彼のセンスと、目の奥にある優しさに惹かれて、
「いつか一緒にニューヨークで仕事しようね」と伝えた。
10万人近いフォロワーがいるアートディレクターで、
ファッションやグッズのデザインだけでなく、
マンションやカフェのプロデュースまで手がけるオールマイティー。
そんなことを知ったのは、ずっと後になってからだった。
「僕、千璃ちゃんを描いてみたいと思うんです」
ハードな内容をどう伝えていこうかと煮詰まった時に、
モノクロの世界に魔法をかけてくれたのが、三浦大地氏だった。
真剣になればなるほど、スルーされてしまう問題を、
ハードルを下げて伝えるために、何ができるだろう。
日々更新されるクールなインスタ写真のセンスも、
愛と夢がたっぷり詰まったイラストたちも、
彼の才能が、画面いっぱい踊り出している。
「ありのままに、描いてください」とお願いした。
原画が届いた時に、編集スタッフも涙を流した。
こんな風に支えてくれる人たちのおかげで、
世の中はきっと、ずっと良い方向に動いていくのだと。

"I wanted to make a book with full of love."
There was an artist who heard such feelings.
Like children who do not know fear,
He accepted my straight feeling by his genuine heart.
When I got acquainted through a common friend,
I did not quite understand him.
Attracted by his sense, and kindness in the back of his eyes,
We talked "Let's work together in New York someday."
He is an art director with nearly 100,000 followers,
Not only fashion and goods design,
Almighty who handles producing apartments and cafes.
It was after a long time that I learned such a thing about him.
"I would like to draw your daughter, Seri."
When I lost the way how to convey the hard contents,
Daisuke's magic saved me with the black and white world.
The more serious I get, the more problems people ignore.
What can we do to lower hurdles and convey them?
The sense of a cool instant photo updated every day,
Illustrations packed with plenty of love and dreams,
His talent is filled a lot on the screen.
So, I asked "Please draw us as you like"
When the original drawings arrived, the editorial staff also shed tears.
