ミフネを率いるトップシェフ島野雄氏、そしてスーシェフ浦田智裕氏。
迎え撃つのは、世界トップのバーテンダー後閑信吾氏。
国際バーテンダー大会で２度の世界チャンピオンに輝いた実力者。
前菜から始まる10種類の料理それぞれに、ぴったりマッチしたカクテル。
日本酒やワインのペアリングはよくあるけれど、
カクテルがここまで応用の効くお酒だったとは。
会場にいた誰もが舌と鼻を疑うほどの、驚きの連続だっただろう。
シーフードにトマトの酸味が効いたカクテル。
ポテトにはコーラを使わないコーラ風味のカクテル。
鰻フォアグラ御飯にウーロンウォッカ、デザートにはラムコーヒー。
それはカクテルではない、料理を引き立たせる何か別の存在になっていた。
まさに料理とカクテルのラボと化した会場で、
シェフとバーテンダーの駆け引きに、大きな拍手が沸き起こった。
通常業務の合間にイベントを企画準備することの苦労と努力。
いつも裏方を見ているからこそ、彼らの飛躍が誇らしい。
