ニューヨーク市の法規制の中で、新しいビルを建てるというのは、大変な
時間と費用がかかる。
昔からある隣接ビルから日照権を買い取ったり、地盤の固い土地に基礎
工事を施したり、
想像し難いほどの苦労がそこにある。
リーマンショックの後しばらくは、融資が止まって建設が中断されたままの
ビルも多かった。
久しぶりに見上げた摩天楼。
今夏開業したばかりのパークハイヤットホテル、上層階は居住者層。
建設中のコンドミニウムは96階建てで、西半球一高いビルになる予定。
15億円から100億円までのマンションに住む人達が、この街に彩りを添えて
いるというのが正しい表現かは分からないけれど、
明らかに彼らの富が、この世界の経済を支えている。
To build a new building in New York City laws and regulations, it takes

When someone wants to buy the air right to have sunshine from the

foundation work on firm ground of land, there should be trouble that is
hard enough to imagine.

I looked up the skyscrapers for the first time in a long time.
Park Hyatt Hotel that has just opened this summer, the upper floors are
residents layer.
A condominium under construction in the 96-storey, will be the tallest
building in the Western Hemisphere.
“ The people who live in the condominium of the price from 15 million
dollars to 95 million dollars serve with color to this town.”
I do not know it is the correct representation or not.
But obviously their wealth is supporting the economy of this world.
