Kawabuna-3

It was my mission that I guided a foreign staff to the ancient capital
between a business trip.
Fortunately, that day was one day that Kawabun-za (Theater of Kawabun)
would be held twice in a year, in well-established restaurant Kawabun of
Nagoya with a history of 400 years founded.

There is the "garden of flow floor" sculptor which was made by the samurai
artist, Masayuki Nagare, and stone stage of Sangen Shihou (6m square).
Around a stage of the same dimensions as the Noh stage, audience nearly
100 people enjoyed the "collaboration of cello and Noh" and a
"Kaiseki-course meal of Kawabun."

An event which started in order to protect the traditional arts of Nagoya
30 years ago, has been a role as a cultural birthplace of Nagoya now.
We enjoyed the traditional attitude to protect those good old, traditional
Kaiseki-course meals, and hospitality.
It was a great experience for a foreign staff of just first visit to Japan to c
onvey Japanese traditional essence.
