先月までは暖冬かと騒がれていたけれど、
今月に入ってから、めっきり寒くなった。
これこそが「ニューヨークの冬」なのだろう。
週末にブリザードが直撃するという予報を受けて、
マンハッタンはすでに警戒態勢に入っている。
週末の食料を買いだめする人々。
中学校の入試は来週に延期という連絡が来た。
備えあれば憂いなし。
明日のミーティング、中止にならないかなぁ。
