大学時代の親友から、ゼミ教授の訃報が届いた。
もうずっとお会いすることはなかったけれど、無性に寂しくなった。
私達にとって、数少ない、尊敬できる教授だった。
政治経済や法商学と比べ、実社会に直結しない美学美術史という分野。
しかし物を感じる「感性」は、実務だけでは経験値が上がらないから、
学生という貴重な時間に、たくさん刺激を受けるべきだと。
「最後の晩餐」というたった一枚の絵で、数百枚の卒論を書いた。
「好きなことをとことん突き詰めなさい」と背中を押してくれた
教授の優しい笑顔を忘れない。
ニューヨークは冷たい雨。
今日は傘をささないで歩こう。
涙も街の一部になる。
From a best friend of the college, I received a obituary of the seminar professor.
I could not able to see him anymore much, but I became to feel lonely.
He was one of the professors that we could respect.
I studied fine art and history that do not connected directly to the real social,
compared with the political economy and law & commerce.
But the experience value of "sensibility" is not increased by the social experience.
During the valuable time of students, we should receive a lot of stimulus.
I wrote graduation thesis of hundreds pages about the one painting, " The Last Supper".
"Go thorough investigation thoroughly whatever you want."
I won't forget the friendly smile of the professor who encouraged me.
It's raining cold in New York.
I'm walking without an umbrella today.
Tears also become part of the city.
