今ふり返ると、私たちが高校生だった当時の担任は、
今の私たちよりずっと若いのに、ベテラン教師の風格に溢れていた。
「素子」先生のクラスだから「もとこのこども」。
有志団体としては、あまりにも単純なネーミングだったが、
この名前が、母校西高記念祭の歴史を塗り替えた。
今でこそ、都立高校の文化祭レベルは日本一とも言われるまで向上したが、
あれほど純粋に目標に向かえた時期はないだろう。
あれから歴史的な時間が流れたにも関わらず、
私たちは堅く繋がっている。
一緒に会えるのは数年に一度だけれど、
あれほどくだらない話と真面目な話を同時にできる仲間はいない。
多感な20代の頃、そして近年に、大切な仲間を失った影響も大きくて。
でもだからこそ、こうして私たちの絆はより太くなる。
各業界の第一線で活躍する彼らの話があまりにも馬鹿げていて。
だからこそ、その笑いが明日への励みになる。
私たちは、まだここにいる。
天国の仲間には、もうしばらく待っていてもらおう。
As looked back, the homeroom teacher of our high school at that time,
was much younger than us at now.
But she was full of veteran teacher 's style.
As her name was "Motoko", simply we named a "Motoko's kids" to our volunteer group.
As a result, this name changed the history of Nishi High School Memorial Festival.
For now, the level of Cultural Festival at Tokyo Metropolitan High School has
improved until it is said to be Japan's best.
That might be the only period when we are going to the target purely.
Despite the historical time passed from then on,
we are tightly connected.
Although we can meet together once in a few years,
There are no colleagues who can do such a stupid story and a serious story
at the same time.
It was a big impression that we lost our precious friends in our 20s, and in recent years.
But that was why, our connections became tighter.
Their stories that are active in the front lines of each industry are too ridiculous.
That is why that laughter will encourage me tomorrow.
We are still here.
