米国で「Goody Bag」といえば、お菓子や文具が詰まった夢の袋。
こどもの誕生会、学校行事などで、渡されるお土産。
それを開けながら、少しだけパーティーの余韻に浸るのが楽しい。
私が世界で一番好きなデパート、バーグドルフグッドマンのウィンドウに、
今年はたくさんのお菓子がちりばめられている。
「Bergdorf Goodies」がテーマという、なんとも粋な演出。
杖のキャンディー、ジンジャーブレッド、チョコレート、クッキー、
アイスクリーム、ケーキ、そして圧巻のマカロン。
こども達が大好きなお菓子と、たくさんのアパレルブラントを、
ここまで艶やかにコラボレートさせた手腕に、
「世界で最高峰のホリデーウィンドウ」以外の言葉が見つからない。
毎年ホリデーウィンドウの企画には、１年近くの歳月が費やされ、
この時期ニューヨークは、街全体が美術館になる。
世界で一番大人っぽいこの街で、この季節に会いたい人を思い出してみる。
サンクスギビングを前に、ホリデーウィンドウ探索に出かけよう。

Speaking of "Goody Bag" in the United States, a bag of dreams filled with sweets and stationery.
It's a small gift given by children 's birthday party, school events etc.
While opening it, it's fun to back the party mood after returning home.
In the holiday window of Bergdorf Goodman, one of my most favorite windows in the world, a lot of sweets are interspersed with this year.
The theme, "Bergdorf Goodies", is the most stylish production.
Candy canes, gingerbread, chocolate, cookies,
Ice cream, Cake, and Macaron of the masterpiece
They mixed sweets brands and many apparel brands.
To the brilliantly collaborated skill so far,
I cannot find anything other words than "the best holiday window in the world".
Every year the planning of the holiday window, nearly a year has been spent,
In this period New York, the whole town becomes a museum.
I dream the people that I want to meet in the holiday season.
Let's go for exploring the holiday window before Thanksgiving.
