長年親しくさせていただいている友人が誘致したニューヨーク発のブランドがまたひとつ、日本に上陸した。
オープニングレセプションに間に合うように、こちらからお花をオーダー。
アレンジメントを依頼したのは、同級生が主宰するプリザーブドフラワーのサロン。
ブランドデザイナーの経歴を探り、新しいお店のコンセプトに合うように、色のニュアンスをお伝えした。
レセプション当日、宛先のないお花が店舗内で行方不明になるというアクシデントはあったものの、とてもセンスの良い作品が届けられていた。
まるで以前からそこにあったかのように、店内の雰囲気になじんでいた。
ファッションの世界では、常に数シーズン先を見ながら、マーケットが作られている。
NYの新しい風が東京を賑わした夜は、２年以上前に生み出されていたのだと思うと、ひたすら感慨深い。
東京とニューヨークがまた少し、近くなった気がした。
My friend who had been allowed me intimately for many years, brought one
New York brand to Japan.
So as to be in time for the opening reception, I ordered flowers from here.
Flower arrangement was requested to my classmate who had the salon of
preserved flower.
I asked her to explore the career of brands designer, to fit the concept of
new shop, and decide the nuances of color
On the day of reception, small trouble happened that flowers was missing
in the store with no destination, but flower works with very good sense had
been delivered.
As if it had been there for a long time, it was familiar with the atmosphere
of the store.
I was emotional earnestly, that Tokyo night that was blew New York wind
had been produced more than two years.
I felt that the distance of New York and Tokyo was getting a little closer.
