祖母は佐賀県で生まれ、大病院の娘という恵まれた環境に育った。
ところが両親が流行り病で亡くなり、一家離散という運命に。
養子に出された祖母の苦労は、一言では語り尽くせない。
鹿児島で育った祖母は、その後戦争未亡人となり、
残された三人の娘を、疎開先の東京で育てることになる。
三姉妹の子供たちは「女も働く家庭」の中で、まとめて一緒に育てられた。
次原一族の私たちが、今でも兄弟同然の関係にあるのは、
幼い頃からの苦労を、共にしてきた「血は水よりも濃い」繋がりがあるから。
一昨年より、祖母の故郷・佐賀県を応援するイベントに関わるようになった。
その時の御縁もあって、今回のイベント企画の依頼をお受けした。
日本の伝統技術を世界に伝えることは、ここにいるから出来ること。
こんな素晴らしい企画に関わることができて、感謝でいっぱい。

◎お一人様 150ドル (料理7品＋日本酒5種＋ギフト２種)

My grandmother was born in Saga Prefecture and grew up in a privileged environment called a daughter of a big hospital.
However, her parents died of an ill, and she was raised by step-parents.
The hardship of their adopted grandmother cannot speak in a single word.
My grandmother who grew up in Kagoshima then became a war widow,
she raised up the three remaining daughters in the evacuated destination in Tokyo.
Three sisters' children were brought up together since our mothers were working.
We, Tshugihara family, are still in a relationship like real brothers as "Blood is thicker than water."
Because we had same hardships from when we were childhood.
Since last year, I came to be involved in an event supporting my grandmother's hometown, Saga prefecture.
There was also the edge of that time, and we accepted the request for this event planning.
To communicate Japanese traditional technology to the world is here because we are here.
I'm full of appreciation that I was able to be involved in such a wonderful project.
