元フレンチのシェフが、天ぷらを提供するという試み。
前菜からメイン、最後の締めとデザートまで盛りだくさん。
カウンター８席に座るお客様だけが、
想像の域を超える和洋のコラボを直に楽しめる。
日本人の手先と舌先の器用さを、改めて誇りに思う。
食の可能性が、またひとつ広がった。
