立ち上げから10年以上、ずっとサポートしてきた寿司屋がある。
仕事として携わることは少なくなったけれど、
スタッフの１人１人が、個人的にずっと慕ってくれるのが嬉しい。
初代大将から数えて３代目の寿司シェフが、別のお店に引き抜かれた。
ヘッドハンティングが当たり前の米国では珍しくないけれど、
会社への忠誠心が高い日本人の場合、本人も周囲も最初は戸惑う。
世界のどこにいても、彼とはこれからもきっと繋がっているし、
世界に認められた彼を、先に見出していたということも誇りだから。
大いなるエールと共に、新しい旅立ちを祝している。

Although engaging in work together is now getting least,

The third sushi chef counted from the first chef was hired by another restaurant.
