熊本県人吉市・彫刻や線刻の飾り縁もつ大村横穴墓群

大村横穴墓は、2020年の熊本豪雨で被害を受けた人吉盆地を流れる
球磨川の北岸の崖に27基が営造されており、人吉駅の目の前にある。
The Omura Caves are 27 tombs built on the cliffs on the north bank of the Kuma River, which flows through the Hitoyoshi Basin and was damaged by the torrential rains in Kumamoto in 2020.
この横穴墓は、羨門・羨道・玄室と区分して彫られており
一般的な横穴式石室と同様となっている。

特徴は羨門の周囲に飾り縁を持つものが多いということ。

訪問時は草に覆われてよく見えなかった
外壁上部に三角文8個が鋸歯状に並べられ、
その右上段には三角文が二重に線刻されているほか、
向かって右側に奴凧形の靫が矢10本とともに描かれる。
さらに左外壁には馬5頭が線刻されており、
躍動的・立体的に描かれる点で注目される。
In side hole No. 7, eight triangular designs are arranged in a serrated pattern on the upper outer wall, and on the upper right side of the triangular design, a triangular design is carved in double lines, and on the right side, a kite shaped pitcher is depicted with ten arrows.
