Oh my God! The sky really is blue!
After weeks of grey sky the sun shows itself again. And what did I do the whole day? I was launching on my balcony with a blanket (just because the sun is out doesn't mean it's not cold) a coffee and did a little work.

blue sky?

My brother came over for lunch and we really had a great time. It was the first time in a month that we saw each other because he had to work on a construction site in France. He was a little shocked when he saw my knees since I didn't tell him of my second surgery before. (He would have come back home the moment he knew. Big brothers and their need to protect their sisters!)
Now he knows and he thinks the scars are quiet big but honestly, I have seen worse in my time in the hospital. I would show you but I think some might not like to see that.

Okay, since I'm turning into an icicle I think I will go back inside and start to defrost. Another coffee might help too. (^∇^)
I just came back from another lovely visit at my doc. But it wasn't that bad today. He finally pulled out my stitches and it looks as if it won't scar much. Thank God!
Off to another topic. My Japanese lessons will have to wait for a few days since my nieces decided that my books needed to be more colorful. Well, now I'm not able to read anything in there and I had to order new ones.
Now I'm back to boredom. Okay, not really. I will do some more cleaning now since my kitchen looks like a battlefield after I baked cookies with the little devils this morning. But the cookies are yummy.

cookies!
Doing a movie night with my girls! Popcorn, red wine and crappy movies!

Movie Night

Okay, I've decided: I'm cooking Nikujaga! I so love that stuff!
Visit at my doc was okay. He was pleased with my knees. On Monday I have to go again. Yatta!
Well, my friends will arrive in about an hour and bring some ice-cream! Yummy!
You should really see me right now. I'm poised on my crutches while typing this because I'm currently in my kitchen and stirring my pots with my laptop on the counter and music playing loudly over the speakers that I have installed in my kitchen (every room has speakers that are connected to my sound system in the living room)
Ohayo!

It's currently seven in the morning here and I'm awake for nearly two hours. My apartment is cleaned up again and I'm drinking my third coffee.
I'll have to go and see my doc today. Yatta! Over the last month or so I have seen more medical staff than in my whole life.
Okay, enough of that. Tonight some of my friends want to come over and I'll cook for us. Yes, I can cook. Quiet good even (Let's say nobody ever died after eating something I prepared and they always come back for more.) I'm still not sure what I'll make for us. Any suggestions?
Anyways, this morning I saw that some of my fishes didn't survive my absence. Poor Babies! But luckily my gecko are fine. If anything had happened to them I would be seriously pissed. They are just way too cute to die! And they have names! Kenny and Nell!
I have to go (or more correctly hobble) to my doc now. Thank god it's just around the corner!
