I officially have to use just one of my crutches! Yatta! (But damn, does it hurt)
Finally I have one free hand. And to celebrate this I'm cleaning up my apartment.
Tonight is poker night with my girls! Chaos, Panic and Disaster are guaranteed. Imagine five women with the most different characters coming together? You don't believe me? Well, here is a short overview of my four crazy friends!
Sonya I have known the longest. She is this shy little thing that never shouts or swears and always blushes. But she has a spine made of steel and is really scary once she gets angry. You think that's bipolar? Well, wait til you hear what she does for a living! She owns a garage and is the best mechanic in town.
Nessy is our little hyperactive squirrel. Always jumping around and talking 300 words a minute. I still think (even while she is denying it) that she steels all the sweets the children keep bringing to eat them herself. She is a kindergartner. Poor little things!
Lea is...well,.. let's say she is our girly girl. Her hobbies are shopping, shopping, shopping, forcing us to accompany her for shopping, oh and did I mention shopping? But don't think she is one of these hollow blond girls without a brain. She is actually a pediatrician.
And last but not least Mira. Her name should be placed next to the definition of nutcase. She is the one who screams crazy things in the middle of a crowd just for the fun of it (and of course to embarrass the rest of us). Crazy ideas are her specialty. And the most disturbing part? She is a high ranking police officer.
Mira and Nessy constantly try to kill each other verbally or planning something scary, while Lea is trying to give Sonya a complete makeover against her will. And me? I'm usually either the one who tries to get them to behave or I'm right in the middle of that chaos.
Why am I even friends with them? Most of the time I have no idea. (*^▽^*)
Sitting in my foyer for the last three hours and scanning two hundred photos.

cozy, right?

Okay, I'll give you a short explanation. My fathers birthday is in two weeks and since it's going to be his 60th he invited lots of people. So it's going to be a big party. Now my mother had the epic idea to do a photo show with pictures of his childhood and all that stuff. Well, it is a good idea. If it weren't for the fact that I have to get two hundred photos into digital form now. And since my scanner is in my foyer, I am now sitting on the floor in front of it and change the photos every minute.
At least I have something to do but it is still boring as hell.
Oh and my new Japanese books should finally arrive by tomorrow.
Okay, I'm still awake and am watching some TV while I painted my toe nails for the last hour or so. Where is the problem you think? Well, try to reach your toes without bending your knees!
Luckily I'm flexible thanks to years of doing ballet and yoga. So now I'm sporting ruby red nails. Really sexy! (^∇^)
I think I will go to bed after the movie. I already saw it at least ten times but I can't stop in the middle of it. I never can do that especially with the Bleach movies. Right now it's Diamond Dust Rebellion playing.
Well, tomorrow I'll have to do some grocery shopping since my fridge was raided over the last few days. That's going to be fun since my sister will accompany me. I miss driving myself. My car is already yearning to be moved again!
Just sitting on my balcony with a friend and enjoying the nice weather....if she would just stop taking pictures of me!

I'm not here

Most times I'm able to hide behind my mug but you know these friends that promised to put away the camera and the moment you turn around they take one?
She is one of those and see what happens if you are not fast enough to hide again

Not funny!

I am seriously contemplating murder. I so hate pictures of myself.

Okay, enough of me killing my friends. It's valentines day and I'll be nice even though I'm tired. I couldn't sleep last night and after several hours of tossing and turning I got up and did some work.
I really need more coffee if I want to survive this day.
Today I got something delicious for lunch thanks to a friend from work.

Lunch

Oh, and before I forget it: the German sky is back to its usual grey. And to top it: It's raining since early morning.
