It's very simple and easy to cook, but really nice.
Ingredients are water, sliced celery, sea salt, and black pepper. Just boil them together, that's all.
I like to add garlic and ginger.
You can enjoy with your favorite vegetables like carot, eshalot, eschallot, radish, tomato, apple, Tofu and etc. Herbs like sage, oregano, rosemary, bay leaf and so on will be good, too.
Once I cooked for my family. I had not loved celery in my childhood, and my sister doesn't it still now. She asked me when I was cookiing, "Why celery? Do you like it now? Unbelievable!!"
I told her to try it because it's tasty though it's celory, it's much better when it's boild.
But when she tried it, "it's just very celory!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't like it!"
