I have had hay fever, but it was done intentionally. I know this from the fact that the symptoms disappeared after taking measures against electromagnetic waves.
I once had hay fever symptoms at a very inconvenient time at work, and my nose wouldn't stop running, which was a problem. Looking at the timing and the situation, I felt that it might be electromagnetic waves that were causing it. I tried to deal with it with aluminum, but it was difficult, so I survived with medicine that someone gave me.
The next time I was affected, I immediately bought an earth wire to neutralize the static electricity on my head, stuck it on my nape, passed it under my clothes, and discharged it to the ground through the soles of my shoes. This made the symptoms disappear as if by magic. I guess the electromagnetic waves that were applied to my head were leaking out from the earth wire on my nape to the floor.
It seems that it is effective not only on the ground, but also on floors. It was effective on concrete, wooden boards, and carpets.
My room is on the third floor, and when I woke up in the morning and was bothered by hay fever symptoms, especially sneezing and runny nose, I stuck the other end of the earth wire attached to my nape to the wooden floor, and it stopped.
Now, to avoid having to use tape, I wear a silver necklace (silver has good conductivity) around my neck and connect the copper wire (as an earth wire) attached to the necklace to the plug of a hair iron (appliances seem to absorb electricity) in my pocket.(Now,when I have been translating this blog into English in 2025, instead of hair iron, I'm using car spark plug.) This way, I don't have to stick copper wire through the back of my clothes and attach it to the soles of my shoes. This is how I neutralize my head. The necklace chain adheres well to the skin, so I use it with the image that it will firmly capture the electricity of the body.
Later, this method didn't work, because the perpeturators changed the way. I fought the electromagnetic hay fever symptoms by wrapping a wet cloth around my neck or holding a wet (damp) handkerchief to my face and neck. I also took medicine.(It's like a cat-and-mouse game.)
Although it's not perfect, the above method is in some way effective.
