I'm becoming frail フレイルになりそう

歩けない程ではなくても、Those who still can walk but getting weak with their legs because of lack of exercise leading to slow in their walks or losing balance on slopes are said to be called "frail". 運動不足だったりでだんだん足が弱り、外を歩くスピードが極端に遅くなったり、坂道でふらついたりして一人で自由に動きにくくなった状態をフレイルと言うそうですが、私も家事と塾だけで運動していないのでフレイルの予備軍だと思います。I'm afraid I can be one of them since I rarely do exercise just doing housework and working at a cram school.

金曜日、通院が早く終わったので初めての公園に車を停めて歩いてみましたが、Parking our car, we took a walk in a nearby park for the first time after going to the hospital as it ended sooner than usual on last Friday. 家族連れの子どもたちよりずっと遅くなってみんなに追い抜かれ、To my surprise, I couldn't walk fast that I was caught up with children and mothers.  危機感を持ちました。I got aware of my weak legs. 

動くのは好きではないけれどAlthough I don't like doing exercise, it's getting warm and I have to walk at least for some time everyday or I can be frail. いい季節だし少しずつでも毎日歩かないと大変な事になりそうです。

からすのえんどうはスイートピーに似た花で近くで見ると可愛いです。This one is just a weed you often see in streetsides, but it has cute tiny flowers similar to sweetpeas. 

こちらはマンションの前で見つけました。I've found this little tree in front of an apartment building. 桜の種類でしょうか?Is this a kind of a cherry? 

チューリップもお喋りしているようで、These tulips are in bloom looking like cheerful girls enjoying chats. 宴もたけなわの様子です。I feel they are having fun. 

こちらは公園の枝垂れ桜です。Here is a slender cherry tree with hanging blossoms in the park. 繊細で素敵です。It's delicate and gentle. 

これからは山吹やハナミズキに主役が変わり、From now on, as flowers are changing to Japanese roses and dogwoods, the summer is gradually approaching. 少しずつ夏が近づきます。春があまりにも早く行ってしまうのが名残惜しいですね。It's sad for the spring to go so soon.
