少し天気が悪くて残念です。It's too bad it was not sunny this morning. 皆さんの街からは初日の出が見えましたか？Were you able to see the first sunrise of the year from your neighborhood? 山に囲まれたところに住んでいるので、Since we live in a mountainous area, there are many places where you can see the sunrise. 初日の出が見える場所はたくさんあり、今年も多くの人が登山とご来光を見に繰り出す予定だったはずですが、So lots of people may have intended to see that from top of the mountains on January 1st, but unfortunately it is impossible to see the one with so many clouds in the sky. あいにくのどんよりした曇り空です。
子供の頃は伊勢湾の目の前の家で育ちました。I grew up in a town just in front of Ise Bay, our house was so close to it. ちょっと早起きすればすぐに見られます。Just getting up early, you can see sunrise from the sea. 家から伊勢湾まで百歩くらいで、The bay was around a minute from our place, and I went watching it almost every year. 大抵毎年見ていました。
私の新年の抱負は、My new year resolution is : first, write my blogs 365 days this year again. 第一に、今年もブログを毎日書くことです。毎日書くにはTo post an article daily requires peace of mind, 精神の安定、intellectual curiosity to always have something to write. 書きたいことをいつも持つ知的好奇心が要ります。身体もあまり不調だと続けにくいです。It's hard to continue if I feel physically too weak. つまり、That is, ブログを書き続けられることがwriting blog every day is my foundation for happiness. 自分の幸せの基本です。今年もがんばります。I'll try hard this year as I have.
第二に、Second, 家族と仲良くすることです。to keep getting along with my family members. これも幸福の大きな条件です。It's another major factor for happiness. みんなに優しく接すること、Being kind to them, 腹が立ったら深呼吸して、if I feel angry, try to calm down by breathing deeply, 家事も頑張ること。and do the best in houseworks. みんなの笑顔が自分の幸せです。Their smiles make me feel great.
三番目は、Third, さらに仕事を頑張ることです。achieve higher standards at my job. 人を育てるにはいつも全力でなければ、In order to nurture people, you have to exert all you have or they will know your laziness. すぐに相手に伝わります。逆に本気で接すれば相手の何かが変わります。If you always do the utmost effort, they will change for better in the long run. 成績を上げるにはとにかくやる気が第一です。To get better at school, enthusiasm is the key. 能力の差はそれほどありません。Disparity at talent is not so obvious. また生徒が合格して喜ぶ顔が見たいです。i want to see them overjoyed passing entrance exams again.
