この大臣、北から（人工衛星と北朝鮮が誤魔化している）弾道ミサイルが落下してきたとき、
本当に迎撃の指示が出せるのだろうか？甚だ疑問だ。
Naoki Tanaka ,The Minister of Defense replied in the committee of The House of Councilor about
the defense for missile launched by North Korea. But his answers were irrelevant or incomprehensible.
For example,
"It is impossible to defend Japan with the current preparation of equipment."
"We dispose PAC3(missile for defense) in considering the scale of population."
(Does he mean disposition for defense is not needed in the island having only small population?)
Tanaka retracted these answers later ,and was criticized by the Opposition Party.
If missile (which the North Korea cheats "it is an artificial satellite"??) falls down above the land of Japan,
can Tanaka really direct to launch PAC3 or missile being launched from Aegis Destroyer?
It is doubtful, don't you think?

大震災直後、あれだけ全国民が
「被災地支援を」「出来ることは何でも」と熱狂していたのに・・・・
復興の最大課題の一つ、ガレキ処理。でも実際に自分の住む地方で、街で、となると
手の裏を返したように「とんでもない！」「絶対反対」の大連呼。
原子力発電反対と同じような、理論理性抜きの感情論むき出しだ。
一年を過ぎるとこの変わり様。
いったいこの人々の性格はどうなっているんだ？？
結局これが「いいことなんだけど、自分が負担したり、苦痛を分かち合うのはイヤ！」
という、世界から理解されがたい日本人のキャラだろう。
紛争地の支援にあたり、その国の人々の生命と治安を守る、ということ（ＰＫＯ）はいいことだ と言いながら、
日本の自衛隊が、となるとまたまた手の裏を返して大反対。それでは理解されないよ。
もっと身近な話。私の住む街で勃発した、新火葬場建設の話。目的はむしろ
旧火葬場よりもはるかに環境に配慮した設備を、ということなのに、
近隣住民は「私達の住環境が壊される」と叫び、「私達を助けて～」と
署名や反対運動への協力を求めてきた。
私は言った。
「いつかはあなた達も必ず死にます。そのときはどこから送り出してもらうつもりですか？
火葬場を拒否するなら、インドのように近くの川へ遺体を流してもらうつもりですか？
それよりも、同じ人間が最後に旅立つ場所、とても厳粛で聖なる場所でこそあれ、
それを迷惑施設よばわりとは・・・私は人間としてあなた方と同じ考えには立てない！」
結局新火葬場は建設され、この街の良識は実現されたが・・・
ガレキは、福島のものだけではなく、他の被災県のものだって大量にある。
それも福島分も含めて、受け入れ自治体がちゃんと計測や除染の手続きをおこなった
上で受け入れるのなら、快く協力するのが日本人の、いや人間の「心」「絆」というもの。
確かに完全１００％安全との保証は困難かもしれないが、同じ日本人、人間だろう。
最小限度（０．XX％くらい？）のリスクなら分かち合う心を持ってあげてもいいだろう。
これこそ、震災時に世界中が称賛してくれた日本人の姿だと思う。支援は義援金やボランティアばかりじゃない！
えっ？そういうオマエはどうか？って？
ええ、書いたような検査プロセスと情報公開を経るなら、私の近くのクリーンセンター（焼却場）や
廃棄物置場で受け入れてもらうことに何の異論も無いですよ、ホントに！
Union of Kansai Governments decided to start the discussion about acceptance of rubble from
The East Japan disaster to be disposed.
Although all the Japanese say eagerly ,"we must aid and support the sufferred region !"
"we do whatever we can!" just after The East Japan Disaster,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
One of the most important and most difficult problems for revival is disposal of rubble.
But , if the region and the town where they live accepts actually , some of them shout repeatedly
"Of course not!" "we oppose absolutely!" without scruple. Same as opposition against
a nuclear power station ,they demonstrate to express passion without reason and theory.
Just only 1 year past , but , why do they change their attitudes entirely?
What on earth is their character? At all , it may be the character of Japanese that is difficult to be understood by people of all the world,
"It is a good way! , but we dislike to bear or share in pain with,,,,,,, ."
They say , "as aid and support for the nation in dispute(war) , it is good that PKO(Peacekeeping Operations)
saves and defends lives of people and public peace of that nation!"
However , in case that Japan Self-Defense Force sets about that mission ,they also oppose without scruple. With such an attitude , Japanese can never be understood from all the world.
This is the nearer topic for myself. In a town I live , it was publised that a new crematory would be constructed. This project was planned for the benefit of improvement of environment with new technology
of cremation. But residents surrounding the site for a new crematory said,
"Environment of our residential quarter is broken , please help us! ". And they asked me to co-operate
a signature-collecting campaign of opposition.
I replied,
"You die someday necessarily. Then where is the place that you are seen off, do you think?
If you refuse a crematory , do you hope that your dead body is thrown into a river same as in India?
Rather a crematory is the place where a human being departs in the end ,and is solemn and sacred.
But you call an annoying establishment . I can never have a same opinion as you or assent to you."
At last a new crematory was built and good sense of this city was realized,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, .
There are a lot of rubble of other prefectures than Fukushima. If self-governing bodies that accept rubble
including that of Fukushima take process of survey and removal of radioactive contamination ,
it is a heart and a bond of Japanese or a human being to co-operate readily.
Although it may be difficult to guarantee 100% of safety certainly ,we are same Japanese ,
same human beings , are not we? I think that we shuould have a mind to share
a minimum risk(about 0.XX%?).
This is just the attitude and the figure of Japanese that people of all the world praised
in The East Japan Disaster. Support is not only a donation or a volunteer action.
What? How about me? "Can you accept?",do you ask?
Yes ,of course! . Under the condition that the process of the survey is taken and that data is disclosed ,
I do not have any objection to acceptance of rubble from Tohoku region in the near clean center and
in the disposal yard of our city . It is my truth!
Japan was hit by a mega-earthquake and Tsunami.
However,we are encouraged by kindness and support from all the world.
We appreciate so much.
We would like to ask to all the world for Japan.
1.When the campaign of support or donation for disaster in Japan is held in
your nation and your town, please kindly co-operate.
Your co-operation, even a few or minimum, is very appreciated.
2.Please buy and use goods and services of Japan continuously.
3.Please keep and hold stocks of Japanese companies,Japanese national debt.
And if possible, buy those. Please do not sell out.
From now, we need large funds to revive in Japan.
4.Japan needs a large of energy(gas and oil) and substances(material)
to rescue disaster areas and peoples and revive a country.
We hope you to ask and promote your government to supply to Japan
as possible.

very appreciated.
