恨みと怨念の結果だ。
腹黒い野望の為に買いあさられ、グチャグチャに切り刻まれ、
そしてマネーゲームのオモチャのように叩き売りされた、
三洋の・・・。
ナショナル、ナショナルのが一番 とご贔屓頂き、世界のリーディングカンパニー
に押し上げてもらった人々のご恩を忘れ・・・・・。
数字（視聴率）が少しさがったから、と 数少ない楽しみ「水戸黄門」を取り上げられた
これらの人々（お年寄り）の・・・。
数字の亡者ども、誰のお陰で今まで事業を続けてこられたと思っているのだ？
ＴＶだけ売りつけて、その中で観るコンテンツ（番組）の提供を止めるとは、詐欺同然じゃないか。
そして、無理難題な命令にも従い、滅私で真面目に懸命に働いて会社を支え、
その結果リストラで抹殺されていった従業員の・・・。
ここまで堕落しても、まだこの人々の恨みと怨念に祟られているのがわからないのか？
無能で人倫にもとる輩どもよ。
Panasonic published to estimate its profit and loss of 2011 fiscal year(on March of 2012).
Panasonic goes to huge red ink. Panasonic also commeted it is mainly caused by TV business
depression. Its products,plasma TV ,LCD TV become cheaper terribly ,and at even low price,
are harrd to be purchased now.
Really it is caused by many grudges.
It is caused by Sanyo Electric co.ltd. and its employees who were hunted for malicious ambition ,
were cut into pulpy pieces , and were sold off like as "a toy in money game".
From now many people(customers) have favored saying "National(last brand name) is favorite ,
National is the best!" and made Panasonic "a leading company".
forget even such an obligation?
It is caused by those people(the most are elders) who were taken away the only pleasure ,
TV drama "Mito-Komon" for the reason its audience rating decreased a little bit.
A blind for number and money , for whom have you been able to go on your business?
Are you a fraud who sells TV set ,but stops airing contents(TV program) at the same time , are not you?
And it is caused by employees who obeyed unreasonable orders by a company , worked selflessly , faithfully , desperately , and were fired by restruction finally.
Imcompetent fellows against humanity and morality , why do not you yet become aware to be accured
by grudges of these people?

かつて２０００円～３０００円台の株価だったパナソニック（いや、松下電器？）。それが５００円台？
もちろん経済活動の上での数字、ストックホルダーにも経営責任はあるし、そのことは皆理解している。
だが、初の赤字転落をしたとき、増資に際して、
「構造改革でＶ字回復を達成し、株価は４０００円台になります」と言って株購入を募っていた。
確かに未公開株を、上場後の”ハッタリ値”で売りつけた訳ではないし、
オリンパスのような粉飾決算の上での株価損失でもない。
でも、当時「４０００円になりま～す」と言って市場に甘言を流したＩＲ広報や、社内的（社員）に巧みな勧誘をした
人事総務、経理 は、今 何と釈明するのだろうか？聞いてみたい、大損害を被った投資家を納得させるような
説明を。
とにかくこの会社、どれだけ損失を出しても経営陣が誰ひとり引責をしないのは昔から同じ。
不祥事の詰腹で辞めさせられた社長もいたが、それ以外は定期満了での順送り人事でトップが決まる。
お役所や同族経営となんら変わらない体質だ。これで本当に（マタマタの引用）再びＶ字に回復出来るのか、
はなはだ疑わしい。
株主訴訟とまでは言わないが、株主総会では 株価大暴落の詳しい責任や、順送り人事の根拠など、
徹底的に追及されるべきだ。
At Tokyo Stock Exchange as of 3 Feb. , the price of a stock of Panasonic was put on 599 yen.
Once the price of a stock of Panasonic (then Matsushita electric industry) was from the 2000 to the 3000 -yen mark. Now the 500 yen-mark? Properly . this number is the result of business. Stockholders are also
responsible and all understand it.
However , when Matsushita(Panasonic) went into red ink for the first time and increased its capital,
they said ,"to renovate a construction( in short , restruction) , we achieve restoration of V mark and
have the price of a stock reach the 4000-yen mark!" , and invited to buy a stock of Matsushita(Panasonic).
Surely , they do not cheat to sell stocks before public offering at a "bluff price" after public offering ,
or , do not damage stockholders by account-rigging like as Olympus did.
But then,to brag "the price of a stock of Matsushita will rise to 4000 yen mark!" ,publicity division for
IR(Investor Relations) spread "honeyed words" in stock market and human resources , accounting ,
general affairs canvassed employees with skillful words. What do they vindicate now?
I want and need to hear their explanations to make investors who were damaged seriouly consent.
Anyway , this company does not change in point that no executive management takes the resopnsibility
however they inflict a loss. Once there was a president who was forced to resign his post due to
a scandal of a company. But most of leaders(presidents and others) are designated by "passing on
personnel reshuffle" after the expiration of last leaders. This is the same constitution as a public office
or a family company. In such a way , can Panasonic achieve restoration of " V mark"(they frequently
quote) certainly? It is so doubtful!
I do not think that stockholders still need to bring an action against Panasonic finally , however ,
at a general meeting of stockholders, the responsibility of Panasonic for a heavy fall of the price of a stock
and a basic reason of "passing on personnel reshuffle" must be inquired severely and thoroughly.
昔 教師は「聖職」と呼ばれた。
今、「教育基本条例を制定、遵守してもらう。」「いや、日の丸君が代は個人の信条だ」 と
意味迷走の議論をやっているが、これを見ている子供達がどう思っているか、考えたことがあるのだろうか？
当事者の皆々さん。
別に教師は一段高いところに祭られている「聖職」である必要は無いし、実際そんなものでもない。
でも教師という職は 「正職」であり「誠職」であってもらいたいし、そうでなければならない。
Toru Hashimoto ,a mayor of Osaka city Japan, aims at enactment of the standard(principle) municipal
ordinance of education. It prescribes that teachers must observe to see HINOMARU(the national flag) and
sing KIMIGAYO(the national anthem) standing on a graduation ceremony and an entrance ceremony.
Once a teacher was called "SEISHOKU" a sacred and noble job.
Now Hashimoto and a board of education Osaka are doing meaningless and straying arguement.
"I enact the standard municipal ordinance of education and have teachers observe this!"
"No! Observance for HINOMARU and KIMIGAYO depends upon individual creed!"
However , do they think of what children think to see this meaningless arguement?
I think a teacher does not need to be SEISHOKU which is deified at a higher step, and actually is not.
But I hope a teacher is SEISHOKU doing and acting just and right , and SEISHOKU who is sincere job,
and a teacher must be.
In Japanese words,
SEI has various meanings , just and right, or sincere.
SHOKU means a job.
この補助金は公金からの支出なのだから・・・・。
でも、社会の公器であるリーディングカンパニー（を称する）ならば、請求される前に
自ら返納してしかるべきだ。
Amagasaki city Hyogo pref. Japan required Panasonic to refund 1. 3 billion yen of subsidy.
This subsidy was allowed from public money(tax) under the condition that Panasonic would construct and operate TV factories and employ workers. But due to business depression , Panasonic decided to
suspend the operation and close these factories.
As Panasonic is "the leading company " as " a public institution" ( at least calls by itself) ,
Panasonic has to refund on its own judgement , before being required.

例年の如く、経団連も連合も意味不明、言葉遊びの持論を展開するだけ。
そして最後にお互いの面子を立てる不可解な妥協点で手を打つだろう。
塗炭の苦しみに喘ぐ労働者のことを本当に真剣に慮っているとは到底思えない。
いいかげんに”慣例恒例行事”から脱却し、問題の本質を検討解決するスキームへ
大きく変わらねば、誰も意義を見出さなくなる。
SHUNTO(the spring labour offensive) started.
RENGO(Japanese Trade Union Confederation , employee side) calls for an annual rise in salary
and 1% "base-up".
KEIDANREN(Japan Business Federation , employer side) refutes that not only it is too difficult to
execute an annual rise in salary , but also it can never considers or agrees to "base-up".
As usual , RENGO and KEIDANREN says only their cherished view of which meanings are unclear and
is "play on words".
At all ,RENGO and KEIDANREN must take a step at incomprehensive compromise that is "face-saving"
each other.
Both never seems to mind or care labours who fall into great misery seriously.
RENGO and KEIDANREN have to ged rid of a customary and usual event and change SHUNTO to
scheme that discusses and solves essence(core) of theme(problem). Or no one find out meanings
or significance for SHUNTO.
輸出額減少よりも輸入額増加の数字がはるかに大きい。
化石燃料の輸入額が大幅増加している。
原発停止の状況が続くと、イラン情勢も影響して、赤字幅は大きくなる一方だ。
一方、投資収支が収入で占める部分が大きくなっている。
既に日本から物やサービスを輸出して稼ぐ時代は終わったかもしれない。
積極的に財を海外へ動かして運用し、そこからの還元を考えねばならないだろう。
The Ministry of Finance Japan published that the amount of import exceeded the amount of export in 2011.
In short , the balance of payment went into red ink.
To see in detail , the rate of increase of import was more than the rate of decrease of export.
The reason is why the amount of a fossil fuel (oil , liquid nature gas ,coal) imported increased.
These are needed for steam power generation. If nuclear power stations continue to stop , and
"Iran crisis" also occurs and influence , "red ink" of Japan is bent on becoming bigger.
On the other hand , the balance of investment occupies the large rate in this balance of payment of Japan now. The era Japan export goods and services directly and gain large income may have ended.
From now , Japan should move and invest money abroad positively , and plan to move profit back to Japan.
