Flight to get here in Dili is not easy and airport service is not developed yet, sometimes they changed the flight time by couple of hours and did not alert any passengers and only 2 flights in a week that when i was travel in 2014. You can get the visa on arrival just pay 30 USD and 10 to downtown by taxi. Language?!
