II. THE ENERGY OF EMOTIONS, CREATIVITY AND SELF-EXPRESSION - part 1, introduction
Today we’ll begin talking about the second energy center, located in the sacrum. While the first chakra was all about the rooting energy, giving you a sense of an "anchor", the next center deals with movement. The first energy center was all about “the right to be”, but the second one is about “the right to feel”. This is the center of our emotions.
A rich emotional world goes along with passion, healthy sensuality, creativity, and motivation. Yet, a balanced chakra also means you possess emotional intelligence. This means having control over the emotional world and being able to feel your and other people’s boundaries.
Now, when does your second energy center need healing?
Do you feel excessively attached to things or people? Emotionally dependent? Emotionally unstable? Do you often feel… guilty?
Or is it the opposite? Do you feel emotionally numb, unimpressed? And just as stiff in your body and in the way you act daily? Do you often feel bored?
What can we do to balance this energy?
So here comes first advice!
Think “Water” and you will be in the right place. Water is the key element of this center, and - as you know very well – in our existence as well.
Drink lots of clean water
Do water activities
Add water in your environment (will post about this tomorrow)
