新しいプロダクトを作り上げる為の法則を説明。

1）Build from your principles
自分の原理を作り上げる

2）Behave like a startup regardless of the size
いつも、ベンチャーの気持ちで

3）There is ONE person responsible for everything regarding one product
一つの製品の責任者は、絶対に一人である。一人の決定で決める。

4）There are zero committees at Apple- work in collaboration, do no decision making in a committee
アップルに委員会や、役員会や決定機関はない。
そうゆう決定機関を作ってはならない。

5）Don’t use meetings to get consensus.
同意を得るためのミーティングは不要だ。

6）Work on ideas- make the best ideas win, not people or teams
アイデアがすべてだ。アイデアを中心に物事を進める。人やチームありきになっては、ならない。
