2人目妊娠してから
なぜか牛乳があまり体に
合わなくなってしまって・・・泣
 
Since becoming pregnant 
with my second child ,
for some reason,
mild doesn't agree with me anymore...
 
 
 
 
 飲むと気持ち悪くなったり
初期の頃は吐き戻してましたオエーもやもや
 
Drinking it made me feel nauseous,
and in the early stages,
I would throw it up.
 
 
 
 
でも少しでも体に良いものを!
と思って昔は飲めなかった豆乳を飲んでみましたグリーンハート
 
But I wanted to try something
that was at least a little bit 
good for my body,
so I tried drinking soy milk,
something I couldn't drink before.
 
 

 

 

 

 

 

色んな豆乳がある中で

このアーモンドPlus(砂糖不使用)

を買って飲んでみたら・・・

 

Among the various types

I bought and tried this Almond Plus

(sugar free)one...

 

 

 

 

めちゃくちゃ美味しい無気力!!!!!!

 

It's insanely delicious!!!

 

 

 

 

最初は甘さのある砂糖入りの

バナナとか味付きのものにしようかなと

思ったんですが、

ちょっとチャレンジしてみたら

思いのほか飲みやすくて好きになりました気づき

 

At first,

I thought I'd go for something 

sweet milk a bananawith added sugar 

or some other flavored drink,

but when I tried this,

I found it surprisingly easy to drink

and I really liked it.

 

 

 

 

"The 豆乳"って感じもせず

ふんわりアーモンドの味や香りがして

1日に必ず1杯は飲むようにしてますニコニコ

 

It doesn't taste like typical soy milk,

it has an subtle almond flavor and aroma,

and I make sure to drink 

at least one glass every day.

 

 

 

 

ちなみにこれは飲んでも気持ち悪くならないし

体に良いし本当にオススメですキラキラ

 

By the way,

I don't feel sick after drinking this,

and it's good for you,

so I really recommend it.
