Trampolines help to increase the production of white blood cells!

Me!?  Jump !? 


Even brisk walking takes time to recover my regular heartbeats.

Jumping!?  No way ! Too scary. 




Just out of curiosity, I gave it a try. 

I could make three small jumps!!! 


I am surprised that I still have energy left myself.
