We have strong winds today in Tokyo.
Due to really bad sore throat,
I had a nasal endoscopy for the first time.
I don’t like it – 
It’s been two years since I was diagnosed with cancer.
I don’t know why, but
my problems with rhinitis, cold constitution and hypothermia
have been a lot improved.
I now think that
I shouldn’t have ignored those my health issues.
I should have given my full attention to them.
Since I was able to manage my health to live fairly normally,
I didn’t appreciate much about the benefits of giving serious care to improve the condition.
It seemed to be just a small bell at first,
but when I realized it,
it was actually the Giant Bell that was attacking me.
It was just so swooning.
