I’m very active today.
We went to the orthopedics with my boy
to make the insole for his indoor shoes too.
One of the patients we met there
gave us a phone card of Daddy,

I also went to see my doctor too.

Ops ! ! ! ! !😱

finally today,
I set up a pill reminder alarm
to alert me when my medication is due.
