Once a month, five instructors from the Washocook Tokai Branch take turns teaching a Japanese cooking class for foreign guests.

 

Japanese people who want to enjoy making Japanese food in English are also participating.

 

This month it will be my turn to make two types of sushi.

   ◆Pressed sushi with salmon

   ◆Mashed tofu salad

   ◆Japanese clear soup of steamed shrimp dumpling

   ◆Pickled cucumber with salted koji

   ◆Raindrop jelly

   ◆Basic dashi stock

 

 ◇Saturday, July 29, from 1:30p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 ◇Lesson Fee: 4400 yen per person.
