・長いも・・・100g
・生姜・・・大匙1
・片栗粉・・・大匙3
・醤油・・・少々

1.長いもをすり、材料をすべて混ぜる
2.フライパンに油をひいて1の種をスプーンでおとし、揚げ焼きに


写真奥の小松菜と油揚げのソテーは材料を炒めてオイスターソースと料理酒で味付け

It is a very nice.
