We went to Cite island at night!
ノートルダム寺院だ～。
ちょっと油断するとすぐそこに大物がいる町、パリ。
Notre Dame sneaked up on me.
It's like you can't avoid bumping into something epic even if you didn't want to.
なんかすごいぎっしり。。。∑(－x－;)
ノートルダム寺院、すごい事になってるけど中へは入らず。
It's so...crowded. ∑(－x－;)
I wanted to go inside but this is not why we're here tonight!
シテ島へ来た目的は、サントシャペルでやっているクラシックのコンサート。
パリでは色んな教会で小さなコンサートが開かれていて、内容も様々。
We came to Cite to go to a concert at Saint Chapelle.
There are numerous little concerts like this all over Paris.
私たちが聴きにいったのはパッフェルベルのカノンとT.A.ヴィターリ：シャコンヌ、そしてヴィヴァルディの四季。
テリーには始まる前から、「僕、寝ちゃうかもしれない。。。寝ても怒らないでね。多分寝ちゃうと思う！」と一所懸命アピールされていたのですが、本気で爆睡！！(^▽^;)
曲の合間に拍手する為に一瞬起きるみたいな。
もったいない。。。ものすごくかっこ良かったのに！
母はCDを買って、ソリストの方にサインをもらいました。
旅先できいた音楽ってずっと心に残るもの。
二人に楽しんでもらえて私も楽しかったです。(＝⌒▽⌒＝)
It was a classic concert and Terry was really worried he'll fall asleep.
He was like "I'll probably fall asleep. Don't be mad. "
and so he did...the whole time music was playing he was asleep.
He only woke up to clap his hands between each song. (^▽^;)
The performance was sooooo cool though! It was very lively and entertaining.
I wish he could see it.
They played Canon by Pacheleel, Chaconne pour violon by Vitali, and The Four Seasons by Vivaldi.
Mom bought their CD and had it signed by the soloist.
Music adds extra flavor to vacation!
I'm glad my parents had a good time. (＝⌒▽⌒＝)
