Jeff: President Obama could be under more pressure than ever to produce an effective new jobs proposals this week after Friday's bad unemployment report.

The President will be in Detroit this Labor Day, unemployment there is about 14%, that's 5 points above the national average.

Now, Michgan is a state that he won by a huge margin in 2008. But today things are not looking as good, particularly at the jobs front.
