In the classroom, we will introduce dishes that utilize Japanese herbs that have the medicinal properties of making a body that does not rust (anti-aging) and a body that does not get fat even when eaten.
In addition, we will introduce how to use Japanese herbs to make everyday dishes much more delicious and how to serve them.
