異なる宗教観が簡単に融合できるのかは、疑問に思いますが、習合にはいろいろな形態があるのだと思いますし、固定的・最終的結論に達するものでもないのですが、その時、その時、共存を図ろうとする寛容な意図を無視してはいけない、のだと思います。
アグラ西方にあるファテプリ・シクリ城内のジャンマー・マスジット（金曜礼拝モスク）。建築は1571-1575年と言われています。ジャンマー・マスジットと呼ばれるモスクはインド各地にたくさんあります。建物の基調はペルシャ風ですが、ヒンドゥー様式も取り入れていると言われています。第3代皇帝アクバルは他宗教に対して融合的であった様です。
Jama Masjit (Friday Mosque) in the castle complex of Fatepuri Sikri is located at the western direction from Agra City. There are many Mosques in India with the name of “Jama Masjit”. Basic tone of this architecture is Persian style but it is said that Hinduistic style is to be observed partly. The 3rd Emperor of Mughal Empire, Akbar was believed to be syncretic to the other religions.
Jama Masjit (Freitag-Moschee) in der Burgstadt von Fatepuri Sikri liegt an westlicher Richtung von der Agra-Stadt. Es gibt viele Moscheen in Indien mit demselben Namen "Jama Masjit". Der Grundton dieser Architektur ist der Persische Stil, aber es wird auch gesagt, daß der Hinduistischer Stil auch teilweise zu beobachten ist. Der dritte Kaiser des Mogul-Reichs, Akbar war zu den anderen Religionen synkretistisch zu sein geglaubt.
