「性欲」、「性交欲」というのは、日本語（や中国語）ではよく似ていて、漢字2文字や3文字で簡潔に表現できるし、他の表現のバリエーションが少ない（ほぼない）かと思うんですが。
まず、「性欲」の訳語が複数ありますよね。
私の感覚では
libido, sex drive, sexual desire 辺り。
「性交欲」は、私が訳すとしたら
desire for a sexual encounter with another human being
desire for a sexual contact with another human being
desire for a sexual interaction with another human being
かと思いますけど、定訳ではありません。私が説明するならこう言うかな、というカンジ。
