はじめに

我が家は築４０年。高度成長期に労住協によって宅地開発～建築
された平屋の家です。当時の住宅のプロトタイプと言えるかも
しれません。私たちは、３２年前に、その家を中古で購入し、
リフォームして住み始めました。

そして今の家の状態は、ボロボロ！で

普通だったら間違いなく取り壊して建て替えです。

ではなぜ私はそうしないのか？　これから少しずつ理由を書いて
行こうと思います。



My father's home is 40 years old. A single storey wooden
house that was developed and built by a residential co-op during the years of high economic growth. It could be a prototype of the houses of that period. My parents bought
the property and renovated a bit before moved in it 32 years ago.

The house is now falling apart.

In such a situation as this, it would definitely be demolished
and rebuilt.

So why don't I do so? I will write some reasons from now on.
