I was really surprised that I finished the season without any injuries after introducing Lungo before the season last year. An injury-free season is a precious thing for an athlete. In Lung Life Guidance, we will teach you how to train without injury.
particularly well-balanced
I was able to get on the board firmly, which was a big difference from before I introduced Lungkatsu.
Also, during the expedition, I inhaled suity (hydrogen) after the game, and I was grateful that I could fight consecutively without feeling too tired. During the overseas expedition, suity was sent without interruption.
I have great expectations for the World Cup next season.I provided respiratory training to the Nagoya Castle University Yacht Club.

During the first session, I delivered a detailed lecture on the mechanics of breathing and the functions of the autonomic nervous system, emphasizing the importance of improving these aspects. Using practical demonstrations, I ensured a thorough understanding of the topic.

Immediately after the lecture, the participants had the opportunity to put the knowledge into practice by getting on the yachts. They experienced the immediate effects of the training, feeling lighter in their bodies and being able to move with more control and ease. Many also reported an improved sense of balance.

Upon disembarking from the yachts, the participants were provided with suity (hydrogen) inhalation. They expressed a sense of calmness and reduced fatigue, and some even expressed a desire to get back on the boats for another round.

Given the enthusiastic response and the desire to further enhance their understanding, the coach expressed interest in organizing a second session in the near future.

In conclusion, the members of the Nagoya Castle University Yacht Club who received my respiratory training have experienced tangible benefits and displayed a strong motivation to deepen their knowledge.
