Changed the order of my past training menu.

Usually, the order was stretch, running, muscle Ex, and then have a shower & lunch.

Today, changed to another order from ordinary one. I mean, at first took a lunch, then started slow stretch, lazy squat 250 reps, Abd 20 reps multiply by 9 menu, push up 20 reps, and then running 4 km. 22'03'',finally took shower.

With much sweat at beginning of run, but body was lighter than yesterday, so I felt. My breath and foot were on beat, general fatigue sensation was less than last day.

Now, with a cup of hot coffee.
