Persona Music Live part 2.
What's good people??
I have been doing a lot of things lately that I cannot yet post,
but if this project goes through, it might be one of the biggest thing that I worked on.
SO.
I needed to soup up my pc, therefore I hopped on a train to Akihabara the one and foremost electric town and got some softwares. Writing this blog on my train back.
I don't wanna hype up anything just yet, so let me continue with talking about the live.
But then again I don't wanna give persona live info all out before anything, so briefly.
The songs we performed this year was mainly from the music of animation.
The producer A-dachi san came up with tons of songs on the list.
If we had done it all, the show would have been almost 5 hours long.
No one saw the merit of that, so we cut the songs in I believe 29 or 30 songs.
I mean mad props to the band!! It was still 3hours, which is quite long for a live show.
I did a collabo with Yumi and Shihoko couple of times, and my first back chorus!!
I went behind the mic and sang 2 songs, which I was hesitant at first but surprisingly had fun doing it. (not a confident singer though)
Shuhei Kita was awesome as always. I love his timid character yet his vocal strength.
"Breakin' Through" was one of the songs he performed, but man I was going nuts.
The dancers and I gathered up and imitated his spin. We loved it.
At the end, we all got together and did a song. The crowd was purely amazing and we thank you all once again.
Yumi said this on stage but it was funny 5000 people did not seem so large.
And we as in all the performers thought the same that this show had a tight bond feeling between the performers and the crowd.
Yumi called it Persona Family.
Maybe it was just because the animation has just finished, or maybe love for persona has just gotten bigger.
at least for me, I felt as though it was because of the quake we had last 311.
We performers are blessed to be on stage to entertain others, and none of it would be appreciated in a nonfunctional society.
I think it was more in my part with re-recognizing the fact that everyday is not for granted and I must appreciate that much more. It was a great feeling to thank all at the end.
Aight anyways, that's it for persona music live.
We had a little after party just with the performers til the morning in a tavern.
We do not know when the next show will be, but when we do, we wish you be there to enjoy it!!
