こんな↑歯の分身のようなマウスピースを歯全体にかぶせて毎日ちょっとずつ動いていってます。
五劫のすりきれのすりへっていってる分量くらいわずかな変化ですねー
２週間ごとに、より目標に近い形のものに取り替えていって、２６個目で完了！
今３分の１くらい終わって、動きがわかってきて楽しい♪
歯って大事にしないとですね！

Like continental drift, I`m doing straightening my teeth.
As the photo, such transparent mouthpiece is used and teeth are moving day by day very gradually.
Mouthpiece needs to be changed every two weeks to become targetting shape.
Entire Qty of my mouthpiece is 26pcs and now I`m using tenth of them.
Now I can realize motion of teeth and it`s very interesting!
We have to tresure own teeth..
